GoMate

The third generation of embodied intelligent humanoid robots

As a full-size wheeled humanoid robot, GoMate innovatively adopts a variable wheeled mobile structure, integrating the four-wheeled and two-wheeled modes, demonstrating precise motion control, accurate navigation and positioning, and flexible and autonomous decision-making capabilities, and showing strong anti-interference, stability and reliability.

High degree of freedom

The whole body has 38 degrees of freedom and innovatively adopts the industry's first variable wheel-foot mobile structure, cleverly combining the four-wheel foot and two-wheel foot modes.

In four-wheel mode, the robot can steadily go up and down stairs, climb slopes, and overcome obstacles on one side.

In two-wheeled mode, the robot moves flexibly and efficiently, and takes up less space

The height of the four-wheeled foot in a stable state is about 1.4 meters, and the height of the two-wheeled foot in a standing state can reach 1.75 meters

Core components are completely self-developed

As GAC's third-generation embodied intelligent humanoid robot, GoMate has achieved complete self-development of core components such as dexterous hands, drivers, and motors in terms of hardware, truly achieving independent innovation.

Dexterous Hands

The rigid-flexible dexterous hand, innovatively designed based on ergonomics, takes into account both the load capacity of the dexterous hand and safety requirements such as collision in actual applications; the miniature low-voltage servo drive is less than 30mm in height and close to the size of a coin, but has a driving capacity of up to 20A, and is equipped with a variety of interfaces such as EtherCAT and CAN; the axial flux motor has a maximum output torque of 1000N·m, a torque density of up to 200N·m/kg, and an overload multiple of more than 5 times.

System platform architecture

Relying on innovative technologies, GAC Group has successfully built a system platform architecture that meets users' dual demands for high performance and low cost, making it more competitive in the market.

Remote control and data transmission technology

In terms of software, GoMate is based on the country's leading remote control and data transmission technology. The robot can reproduce on-site perception in real time and accurately capture changes in the surrounding environment. Equipped with a self-developed full-body control algorithm, the robot can achieve precise control of 38 degrees of freedom of the whole body. Multimodal AI perception technology enables it to have intelligent functions such as autonomous movement, terminal autonomous tracking, and language command recognition.

The seamless switching between remote control and AI autonomous control meets the user's needs for different daily scenarios and greatly improves the user experience. The open source large model is tuned and trained for specific application scenarios. Through the input of massive data and the optimization of deep learning, GoMate performs well in recognition, understanding, decision-making, etc., making it more like a human from the inside out.

Mass production plan

GAC Group plans to achieve mass production of self-developed parts by 2025 to meet the growing market demand, and will take the lead in carrying out demonstration applications of whole machines in workshop production lines and industrial parks of OEMs such as GAC Trumpchi and Aion; it will achieve small-batch production of whole machines in 2026 and gradually expand to large-scale mass production.

In the future

GAC Group will keep using technology to enhance products, offer more innovative outcomes to society, and drive human society towards greater intelligence.
